Service Description
During Team Coaching, we will begin the process of establishing trust and assess each team member's working and communication styles to provide strategies for enhanced collaboration and understanding. We'll create team norms to move your team forward with a shared language to ensure team cohesion and a productive and positive team environment. Schedule a consultation to share your goals for the session and learn about our post-session services. Please note: * To ensure an optimal learning experience, holding the session in-person with your team is highly recommended therefore travel may be considered in the final cost. * For groups larger than 30 attendees, there will be an additional cost for assessments needed to determine where the team is in their working style.
